Out of the Box is a compilation of stories and innovative marketing approaches Denise has used to exponentially grow. She shares her journey as her adult life has been chronicled on national tv stages on some of the biggest major network shows. She has been a barrier breaker and innovator disrupting her industry and shys from the norm. She spares no details in how she has used a unique social media presence, story-showing abilities and serving like she is chosen with a fire in her belly. This book was born out of a desire to share it with others. This is such an easy and captivating read. You feel like you are having a casual chat in her living room. She and her husband Troy are top realtors in production in the Oklahoma City metro area. They have 5 adult children and she is a “Coco” to 4 grandchildren.
About The Author
Denise hails from Blackwell, Oklahoma. As a farmer’s daughter, she has never forgotten her roots and attributes them to her ferocious work ethic. She has a laundry list of titles: Realtor, CEO, Author, Speaker, Coach, and Marketing Strategist to name a few. Denise has a magical way of story "showing." She is not afraid of spilling her raw transparency, her grit, and the dips and lifts to where she is now. She has captured the attention of major network shows that have documented a footprint of her progress of propelling through life from rock bottom. Denise wanted to get her real estate license decades ago. She was surrounded by people that told her she did not have what it takes, she would never stand out in such a saturated industry, and it would only be an expensive hobby. After many trials and failures, she married her FedEx guy, blended five teenagers, quit her job on the same day as Troy, and together, they are now one of the top Real Estate duos in the country. Denise was able to use the negative seeds others planted years ago to propel her to where she is today. Denise’s tenacity, drive, and relentless determination have inspired countless audiences to identify their own untapped talents, dormant dreams, and immeasurable potential. After overcoming so much loss and adversity in her life, she hopes to be a lighthouse to others who are held hostage by their own negative mindset and circumstances. She has been able to draw from failures in her past that drive her conviction. Denise and her husband Troy, run Schroder Real Estate Group. Denise also does public speaking and marketing consulting for small businesses in creating an authentic brand. She proves you can have fun in your business, bring extreme joy to others she serves, and that there truly is a happily ever after.
