Denise and Troy met back in 2005, Troy was Denise’s FedEx delivery guy for 5 years at the office she had previously worked at. After their first date, the rest was history, and they now have a beautiful blended family of 5 children. Together in 2010, they decided that they were going to make a life changing-decision and pursue Denise’s passion for real estate. She had previously been discouraged by numerous people telling her she would never make it in the industry and experienced that same discouragement when she and Troy decided to get their real estate licenses.
Denise and Troy took that negativity and used it to fuel their determination to make it in the real estate industry. There were challenges, living paycheck to paycheck, and dipping into their life savings but relentlessly working through these challenges they prevailed and sold 40 homes in their first year, and continued to sell 100 homes with just the two of them year over year.
